PLEASE READ THESE APPLICATION DISCLOSURE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION, YOU, AS THE USER, AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT THIS APPLICATION.

These Terms are an agreement between the user (“you,” or "your") and Prog Leasing, LLC, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and divisions (collectively “we,” “us,” “our,” or “Prog Leasing”). These Terms apply to our websites, kiosks, software, applications, and other online services that post or include a link to these Terms (collectively, the “Progressive Platforms”).

The Terms include this Application Disclosure and the E-Sign Disclosure, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Arbitration Provision (collectively, "Terms"). The Terms contain the entire understanding between you and us with respect to the Progressive Platforms and no oral or written representation, statement, or inducement not contained herein shall bind you or us. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time.

By submitting this application, you are requesting and authorizing Prog Leasing to review the information that you provide and to create a lease agreement with you as the lessee. Only individuals eighteen (18) years of age and older may apply for a lease agreement. We will keep your information on file even if you do not enter into a lease agreement with us.

You authorize us to forward application decisions to the retailer location you select in the application, the retailer location where your application was entered, and as otherwise provided for in our privacy policy.

You represent and promise that the information you provide on the application is accurate. You authorize us to verify this information and to obtain reports about you from consumer reporting agencies. You authorize us to share information that Prog Leasing has about you at any time for marketing and administrative purposes, as permitted by law. Upon request, we will tell you if we have received a consumer report and the name and address of the agency that provided it. We may provide account information to credit reporting agencies. Any of the above activity may impact your credit score.

As part of your application, you may be asked to link your bank account using Plaid. If you link your account, your account will remain connected until you disconnect it by visiting Plaid's website. While your account is connected, and subject to applicable law, we may obtain and review your account information periodically for such purposes as: (1) evaluating your lease application, including using information from the bank account you link in making our decision; (2) administering and servicing your lease; (3) collecting any amounts you owe to us; (4) offering you products and services; (5) testing and monitoring purposes; and (6) other purposes not prohibited by law. We may continue to obtain this information pursuant to this authorization for one year after you submit it, even if you do not obtain a product or service from us.

You agree that by providing your mobile phone number, we have permission to contact you at that number about your account. Your consent allows us to use text messaging, artificial, or prerecorded voice messages, and automatic dialing technology for informational and account service calls. Such communication may include contact from companies working on our behalf to service the your accounts. Message and data rates may apply.
